Information We Collect:

Business name, business address (location where your business is established), contact name, email address, phone number.
Payment information is processed by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe); we do not directly collect or store full credit card numbers.
Non-personal technical/usage data and cookies: we may collect cookies or similar tracking technologies to support our services (now or in the future for analytics).
Results data: as part of providing our service we collect and maintain the results and data generated through our platform (which you contract with us to access). We do not collect: sensitive personal data (e.g., social security numbers, health data), precise geolocation of your device, or children’s data (we serve only legal business owners). We collect such information because it is necessary for us to provide and maintain our services, fulfill our contracts, communicate with you, and conduct normal business operations.
How We Use the Information:

To provide, operate, and maintain our services for you as our business client.
To process payments via Stripe and other third-party payment processors.
To communicate with you about your account, service updates, marketing/promotions (you may opt-out).

Disclosure and Third-Party Processors:
We engage third-party service providers to support our operations (e.g., payment processing via Stripe, use of the GoHighLevel platform and associated third-party apps for functionality, data hosting and analytics tools). These providers may have access to your information as necessary to perform their functions but are bound by contractual obligations to keep your information secure and to use it only for the purposes we authorize. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share data for third-party advertising beyond the functional processing of our services. You understand and accept that use of GoHighLevel and its associated third-party apps is part of the service-platform infrastructure.
