Gnocro provides B2B reputation management services designed to help businesses collect and manage customer reviews, monitor their online presence, and improve their reputation. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws and regulations.

Definitions:

Services: The reputation management platform and related services provided by Gnocro, including review aggregation, analytics, and reporting.

Client: Any business or individual who uses our services to enhance their reputation.

Account Registration & Responsibilities:

Eligibility: You must be a legal business owner based in the U.S. to use our services.

Account Creation: To use our services, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete information, including your business name, contact details, and payment information.

User Responsibilities: You agree not to misuse our platform for any illegal activity or harm. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Security: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Payment Terms:

Pricing: Our services are offered on a subscription basis. All pricing details will be provided upon registration and are subject to change with prior notice.

Billing: Payments will be processed through a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe).

Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result to a 1-on-1 discussion for a solution

Use of Services:

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our services for your business operations.

Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit the service in any unauthorized manner.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

Data & Privacy:

Data Ownership: You retain ownership of your data. We will not share it with third parties except as necessary for service delivery.

Data Usage: Your data may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data Retention: We will retain your data as long as you are a customer. Upon cancellation, we will delete your data as per the deletion request process outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services:

Third-Party Integrations: We may use third-party services (e.g., GoHighLevel, Stripe) to operate our platform. You agree to comply with their respective terms of use.

No Liability for Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the actions or services of any third-party providers.

Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep all business information confidential and not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the services in the six (6) months preceding any claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Dispute Resolution:

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Massachusetts.

Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Massachusetts.

Class Action Waiver: You agree not to participate in any class action lawsuits or collective arbitration against Gnocro.

Modifications:
We may modify these Terms at any time, and you will be notified of any material changes. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
